Born from a Vision of Self-Reliant India
Mauli Sungrid LLP was formally incorporated on 4th February 2026 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 (LLP No. ACU-9845), registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre, Manesar.
The company was founded by two directors — Prashant Venkat Renguntwar (CEO) and Rambai Eranna Magdalwar (MD) — each bringing over 10 years of experience in renewable energy systems and solar power project development.
The founding idea is straightforward but powerful: India has hundreds of millions of acres of barren, unproductive land, and one of the world’s highest solar irradiance levels. Connecting these two facts with world-class engineering creates an opportunity to solve India’s energy challenge while uplifting its most rural communities.
Starting in Nanded and Latur districts of Maharashtra, the company is actively developing its first solar projects — with a clear roadmap to scale to all states of India, developing plants from 10 MW community-scale to 1,000 MW industrial-grade solar parks.
Our extended team includes IIT-qualified engineers for technical project management and MBA finance specialists for project structuring, investor relations, and government liaison.

The Idea That Started Everything
Founders Prashant and Rambai, both with decade-long careers in renewable energy, identified India's barren land and sunshine as a powerful untapped national energy asset waiting to be developed.
DIN Applications Filed
Both founders filed their Director Identification Number applications via the Integrated FiLLiP Form with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (SRN M30768464).
Official Incorporation
Mauli Sungrid LLP (ACU-9845) was formally incorporated. DINs, PAN and TAN were issued by the Income Tax Department.
Project Development Phase
Active development of first solar projects in Nanded and Latur, Maharashtra with an initial capacity of 10 MW.
Pan-India Scale-Up
Systematic expansion across all Indian states targeting 100 MW to 1,000 MW solar parks through partnerships and government collaboration.

Born in Barhali, Mukhed (Nanded district), Prashant has an intimate understanding of rural Maharashtra’s energy challenges and untapped potential — a perspective that directly shaped Mauli Sungrid’s barren-land, rural-first approach to solar development.

Based in Barahalli, Mukhed, Rambai brings deep roots in the communities where Mauli Sungrid operates — enabling genuine partnerships with landowners, local bodies, and rural employment networks that larger urban-based firms cannot replicate.
